We offer an array of on-site amenities for our guests while vacationing with us. Fishing is plentiful with a variety of species including Northerns, Large Mouth Bass, Crappies, Sunfish and Muskies. For our guests who are on a true "Northern Minnesota Fishing Adventure", Sleeping Fawn Resort is only minutes away from over 400 lakes,rivers and streams each providing a challenging fishing experience.
An evening boat ride on Stocking Lake provides a sky high view of towering Norway Pines under a starry night sky.
Frequent visitors to the resort include beaver, loons, otter, and, of course deer. Enjoy bird watching, relaxing in the hammocks, or taking a quiet walk on the nature trail. Take a swim with the kids or just relax in the warm sun and watch them play.
We have a playground complete with a swing set, merry-go round,tetter-totter, beach toys, sand volleyball, tetherball, shuffle board and horseshoes. Yard games including bocce ball, croquet, basketball hoop, rodeo golf and frisbies are all free to use.
Also for your enjoyment are canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, funbugs, diving raft, boats, motors and a 28hp deluxe pontoon.
